Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Darryl Wakefield State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified and empathetic Life/Health
Insurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help clients and their
families secure the right life and health insurance coverage to protect them during times

Key Responsibilities
 Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients
 Conduct needs analysis to recommend the best insurance products tailored to
each client
 Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
 Assist clients with claims processing and policy changes
 Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
 Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
 Ensure all activities comply with state and federal insurance regulations

Qualifications

 Valid life and health insurance license for the state of Florida
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to understand and clearly explain complex insurance products
 Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance
 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
 Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
 Proficiency with insurance agency software and technology

Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 per year (salary plus potential bonuses)
