"I've been a policy holder with this office for around 5 years now and have always had a wonderful experience. When I bought my home last year I was able to add homeowners for a very good price and even got a discount on my current auto policy. The whole process was painless and they answered all my questions with ease. I like that sometimes you get Mr.wakefield on the phone when you call, it shows that he's invested in his company and his customers. Only once did I get a call saying my rate was going up and when I let them know it should be going down, they took a second look and found I was correct and that my multi line discount was not showing and corrected the issue. I do wish they offered a military discount but I'd rather use them without one then to deal with these big corporate companies who are just after a payment. If things stay the same I'll be a customer another 5 years +."

"If we could add more stars, we would. Darryl and his entire team, ESPECIALLY Marissa have gone above and beyond to provide our family with outstanding coverage at an unbelievably affordable price (Literally less than 1/3 of the price we were paying with Progressive AND more coverage). But more importantly, when our family went through the loss of several family members as well as the loss of one income over the holidays, Marissa worked with us to ensure we had no lapse in coverage and could get our finances back in order. The true kindness, compassion, and integrity that Marissa, Darryl, and the rest of their team have shown our family . . . Cannot be put into words the gratitude we have for them.
